开始着手翻译W3C Web Accessibility文档

最近看到的一个美剧中的一段台词提醒我需要做点更有意义的事情，这段台词原文是：

Don’t hang on to something you think you need, but loose the stuff that really matters.

所以接下来我准备开始着手翻译W3C Web Accessibility文档，我已经根据How to Use GitHub to Translate WAI Resources步骤新开了一个Github Issue：https://github.com/w3c/wai-translations/issues/248，然后收到一个志愿者的回复，要求我发送一个邮件给WAI翻译团队，确认我所将要翻译的文档没有同时被另外一个人翻译后，即可以开始我的翻译。

我将要翻译的是这篇文档Developing for Web Accessibility，已经克隆了WAI Website的代码仓库https://github.com/heybran/wai-website，接下来就是抽时间进行翻译，翻译完成后即可提交PR，然后WAI翻译团队组长会安排人员进行审核我的翻译，PR合并后应该就会部署到WAI网站了。
